1. App usage

Dartello Aimos is designed for entertainment. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from DARTELLO AIMOS LTD.
• Disrupt, disable, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.

2. Intellectual property

All assets within the App — boards, throws, copy, branding, and design — are owned or licensed by DARTELLO AIMOS LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works.

3. Privacy and data

Dartello Aimos does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Preferences and progress may be stored locally on your iPhone. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Suitable for ages 13 and above

The App is appropriate for users aged 13+ and is designed to be family-friendly. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.

5. No medical or coaching claims

The App is a parlor game. It is not a medical or therapeutic product and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. It does not replace in-person coaching or a real dartboard.

6. No guarantees

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation, specific scores, or continuous availability. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARTELLO AIMOS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or device time arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes and updates

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete it from your device.
