End-User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using Dartello Aimos.

Agreement to terms

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and DARTELLO AIMOS LTD for the Dartello Aimos software, including the iPhone application and any related electronic documentation (“Software”).

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. Use of Dartello Aimos also means you have read our Privacy Policy.

License grant

DARTELLO AIMOS LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The Software does not require an account. There is no online service to “access” beyond optional App Store updates.

License restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where the law forbids this restriction.
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Use automated systems to extract assets or interfere with the Software.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner.

Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. DARTELLO AIMOS LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including board art, throw logic, copy, and marks. This EULA does not grant trademark rights.

• We own the code, designs, graphics, and text in the application.
• You own the local progress that exists only on your device.

User data

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. The app does not collect account, payment, or analytics data. Local scores and preferences stay on your iPhone.

Purchases

If you pay for the App or any in-app item through the App Store, Apple’s terms and refund process apply. Dartello Aimos does not operate its own subscription account inside the game.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARTELLO AIMOS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dartello Aimos does not guarantee specific scores or outcomes.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARTELLO AIMOS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCAL PROGRESS.

Termination

This EULA lasts until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete it from your devices.

Updates

DARTELLO AIMOS LTD may provide updates through the App Store. We may modify this EULA; continued use after changes is acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DARTELLO AIMOS LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
